Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the sale of Stony Creek Marketplace, a 204,810-square-foot, Class-A regional retail center anchored by Best Buy, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, in Noblesville, Indiana, a northern suburb of Indianapolis.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment Advisors Evan Halkias and David Matheis, along with Bill French from the firm’s Indianapolis office, represented the seller Rainier Companies The buyer was a private investor.
Located at 17100 Mercantile Blvd., Stony Creek Marketplace was built in 2003 and was fully leased at the time of sale. Other retailers include Barnes & Noble, Five Below, PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less and Shoe Carnival. Noblesville is one of Indiana’s fastest-growing and most affluent communities and was recently featured in Cushman & Wakefield’s Indianapolis Hotspot Series report as the region’s “Engine of Innovation.”
