Cushman & Wakefield Columbus office promotes Andrew Hopkins

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Andrew Hopkins has been promoted to senior vice president of Asset Services in the firm’s Columbus office.

In this new role, Hopkins will assist in leading property management operations for the firm’s Columbus-region property management portfolio, which consists of 20 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. Additionally, he will continue to provide leadership to the team dedicated to serving Equity Office Properties.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Hopkins worked for seven years in CBRE’s Global Corporate Services and Asset Services divisions, servicing institutional clients. He also worked for JLL in the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific markets, providing facilities management and corporate consulting services to Fortune 500 clients and assisting with business development.
