Cushman & Wakefield has fully leased 350 Church Street in Addison, Illinois on behalf of The Silverman Group. Wholesale supplier JDS Industries, Inc. signed a long-term lease on the building and is relocating from Elk Grove Village, Illinois as part of an expansion of their operations. They will occupy the entire facility, at just over 87,000 square feet.
This deal comes just four months after The Silverman Group selected Cushman & Wakefield to market 350 Church Street for lease. Britt Casey and Jeff Matella of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of The Silverman Group and Sam Durkin of Jones Lang LaSalle represented JDS Industries.
“The Silverman Group awarded us this assignment in March and we are delighted to have fully leased the building in a short timeframe,” Casey said. “JDS is moving into a modern and recently updated facility with just over 7,000 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear heights, 13 exterior docks, one drive-in door and 59-car expandable parking. Employees will find that the building is centrally located with easy access to major roadways including Interstate 355, Interstate 290 and Interstate 390.”
