Cushman & Wakefield’s Midwest Multifamily Advisory Group has completed the sale of Marywood Apartment Homes – West Campus on behalf of the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
Originally constructed between the mid-1960s and mid-1970s and renovated in 2004, Marywood Apartment Homes contains 108 units in nine separate buildings on 2.5 acres at Best Place and Linda Court on the west side of Aurora.
