Michael Guagenti recently joined Cushman & Wakefield as a specialist for the Columbus Industrial team.
Previously, he served as a brokerage vice president for Colliers International in Columbus. His primary emphasis is on working with developers and owners to lease industrial projects and maintain high occupancy levels in existing portfolios.
Guagenti has more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience, including knowledge in investment and land sales.In the last seven years. he has been involved in sale and lease transactions totaling more than 6.5 million square feet of industrial space. His skills also include construction experience, overseeing multiple construction build-outs and bidding on tenant improvements.
