The world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm, Cushman & Wakefield, have made three new appointments to the Risk Management Services (RMS) division. New York Police Department (NYPD) veterans Phil T. Pulaski and Michael J. Farrell join as Managing Directors and David C. Kelly joins as a Director. The division was headed by former New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly.
