The world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm, Cushman & Wakefield, have made three new appointments to the Risk Management Services (RMS) division. New York Police Department (NYPD) veterans Phil T. Pulaski and Michael J. Farrell join as Managing Directors and David C. Kelly joins as a Director. The division was headed by former New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly.

“Cushman & Wakefield formed RMS to anticipate and address the needs of global clients who are increasingly aware of the diverse and disruptive risks they face, which are geographic in scope and constantly evolving,” said Commissioner Ray Kelly, President of Cushman & Wakefield Risk Management Services.

This first comprehensive offering of any Commercial Real Estate Services firm provides clients tailored solutions to manage and mitigate risks around the world. These include physical and cyber security intelligence, crisis management, due diligence/site selection and emergency preparedness.
