Cushman & Wakefield announced that Nashville-based Genesco Inc., a speciality retailer and branded company that sells footwear and accessories, has awarded the leasing/disposition assignment for the site of LIDS Sports Group’s headquarters to the team of Bennett Williams, Mitch Ostrowski, Jon Owens and Dave Moore. The building is located near Indianapolis.
Genesco closed on the sale of LIDS Sports Group to FanzzLids Holdings, LLC in February. LIDS Sports Group currently is leasing space in the building from Genesco but plans to move from the location later this summer.
The 150,000-square-foot office building, located at 10555 Lids Way in Zionsville, Indiana, a suburb just northwest of Indianapolis, features a cafeteria, gym, banquet room/conference center and basketball court. An outdoor patio and walking trails also are included in the property.
