Cushman & Wakefield announced that Westfield, Indiana, is gaining a large, speculative industrial building that Jackson Development will open in October of this year. Westfield Business Centre, 17001-17075 Oak Ridge Road, is 133,154 square feet, and the owner plans to build out the office and square footage of each unit to the design and specifications of the tenants.
Located on more than eight acres near U.S. 31 and State Road 32 in an industrial park, the new, modern building will feature Westfield’s largest available block of industrial space. Cushman & Wakefield managing director Michael W. M. Weishaar and director Ryan Baker were selected for the sales/leasing assignment.
The building will have ample parking, 28-foot ceiling height, standard bays, exterior docks and drive-in doors. Proximity to U.S. 31 provides non-stop access to Interstate 465 in about 13 minutes.
