Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 7,100-square-foot office lease for Office Evolution in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Office Evolution is a B2B franchise offering co-working space, private office space, virtual offices and essential business services.
Cushman & Wakefield associate Evan Miller and managing principal Brian Piergentili in the firm’s Detroit office represented Office Evolution in the transaction with Oxford Properties. Nick Zagar represented the landlord in the transaction.
The space in the Concord Center, located at 455 E. Eisenhower, will be the first Michigan site for Office Evolution. The suite is currently being built out and will feature 26 offices, a large co-working lounge, a conference room and a multi-purpose training room, which can hold up to 30 people.
The location has a pond with picnic tables, easy access to highways and city transportation services and is walking distance to Briarwood Mall and many restaurants. Oxford acquired Concord Center in 2016 and has since added a new roof, HVAC system and renovated the lobby.
Office Evolution Ann Arbor is targeting a grand-opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for late summer.
