Cushman & Wakefield represented Planet Fitness in its lease of 27,559 square feet at Kings Mall II Shopping Center in Mason, Ohio.
Planet Fitness is leasing the space for 15 years from Casto.
The new Planet Fitness will be located at 9966 Kings Auto Mall Road, just off Fields Ertel Road and Interstate-71.The fitness center is scheduled to open in December.
Cushman & Wakefield senior vice president Andrew Sellet and associate Terry Ohnmeis represented Planet Fitness and have completed a total of 13 transactions for their client.
The new location will be open and fully staffed 24/7, and will include all of the amenities featured in the other 10 area locations, including 13 high-end tanning beds, four hydro massage beds, massage chairs and more.
