Cushman & Wakefield/CRESCO Real Estate represented the law firm of Keith D. Weiner & Associates in its move to new office headquarters at 1100 Superior Ave. East in Cleveland.
KWA, a full-service debt-collection law firm, has handled consumer, commercial and governmental claims in Cleveland since 1985. With the planned conversion of 75 Public Square to residential use, KWA determined that it was time to find a new headquarters.
The firm engaged industry veteran Bill Saltzman, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield’s Cleveland office, to quarterback the process.
The new offices, with more than 16,000 square feet, provide a modern and efficient office layout with room for growth.
