EAGLE Certification Group is leasing 5,303 square feet for its headquarters at Kettering Tower in Dayton, Ohio, from Tower Partners, LLC, for five years.
Kettering Tower is located at 40 N. Main St. in Dayton. EAGLE was represented by Cushman & Wakefield senior vice president Jeff Levine. Aaron Savino of Miller Valentine Gem represented the building owner.
The more than 495,000-square-foot Kettering Tower, located at Second and Main streets in the Central Business District, features a deli, a full-service bank branch, an attached parking garage and a racquet club.
