Cushman & Wakefield helped close the sale of an office building at 6951 Cintas Blvd. in Mason, Ohio.
625 Investments, LLC sold the building to Great Scott L.C. & Caller Properties for $2.35 million.
Built in 1994, the 20,856-square-foot office building sits on 2.7 acres at the intersection of Western Row Road and Cintas Boulevard. The building features a break room, executive dining room and courtyard. It was a build-to-suit for the Security National Automotive Acceptance Company, which has leased the property through June of 2019.
