Cushman & Wakefield|CRESCO professional Brian Smith represented wholesale supplier K&K Interiors in the acquisition of the industrial building at 4101 Venice Road in Sandusky, Ohio. Founded and headquartered in Sandusky, K&K is one of the country’s largest wholesale suppliers.

The company was operating other warehouses throughout the city before deciding to move all its operations into one central location on Venice Road. With about 305,000 square feet of industrial space, the building provides K&K the opportunity to operate more efficiently while providing room to expand.

The company also owns an additional 100,000 square foot property in Sandusky that it plans to use for a future startup retail venture that will run its warehouse operations through the new industrial building.

The company plans to transitionally move into the space, located near Route 2 and downown Sandusky, over the upcoming months.
