Cushman & Wakefield hired Hayes McWilliams as Director. McWilliams will join the firm’s Nashville industrial team and focus on advising clients on leasing and sales within the greater Nashville market.
In his new role, McWilliams will collaborate with key members of the team, including David McGahren, Doug Howard, John Ward, Abigail Rieck, and Henry Sherer who have more than 75 years of combined experience working in Nashville.
McWilliams is a Nashville native and has over nine years of experience working with the country’s largest institutional developers and occupiers, most recently serving as broker with KBC Advisors. This has been instrumental in developing an outstanding reputation across the greater Nashville market and East Coast where over the past four years he has completed more than 7.5 million square feet of industrial leasing and acquisition deals.
