Cushman & Wakefield hired Phil Fletcher as Director within its Nashville office.
Fletcher will specialize in office agency leasing and partner with a group of established professionals to continue growing the firm’s market-leading leasing practice.

Fletcher brings nearly a decade of experience working on both landlord and tenant representation transactions for Class A office buildings in San Francisco. He moved to Nashville in 2022 and has since developed a strong reputation in the area as Vice President of The Cauble Group where he spearheaded the firm’s office leasing and investment sales practice.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville office has grown more than 240 team members in the Middle Tennessee area and surrounding Southeast region, providing expertise in all sectors of the commercial real estate industry and managing over 40 million square feet of commercial property across 350 buildings locally.
