Noble Carpenter is the new capital market service line leader for the Americas region at Cushman & Wakefield.
Carpenter brings more than two decades of capital markets experience to his new position.
Before the merger of DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield, Carpenter was president of DTZ’s Americas Capital Markets team. Under his leadership, the firm closed more than $13.1 billion of sales and finance transactions across the United States in 2014.
Before joining DTZ, Carpenter spent more than 15 years in senior leadership roles in JLL’s capital markets group.
