Melanie Kirkwood Ruiz has joined Cushman & Wakefield as chief information officer for the Americas. She will be based out of Chicago.
Kirkwood Ruiz will lead the firm’s technology strategy in the Americas. She will work across the firm’s platform of more than 190 Americas offices.
Kirkwood Ruiz joins Cushman & Wakefield from Scientific Games, where she served as vice president of business technology.
