In the past 16 months, nine new leases and numerous renewals totaling nearly 500,000 square feet have been signed at Normandale Lake Office Park, the largest office property in the suburban Minneapolis-St. Paul market.
The Cushman & Wakefield leasing team of Dan Gleason and Dan Nechanicky represent the building ownership of MetLife and Allstate in leasing the 1.7-million-square-foot office park in Bloomington, Minnesota, just south of Interstate-494. The property welcomed three noteworthy new tenants, occupying 85,000 square feet, and six other larger tenants have renewed their commitments. The leasing activity is equivalent to 30 percent of the five-building office complex.
Some of the recent new tenants and renewals include:

•Gander Outdoors, 25,000 sf
•Coca-Cola, 15,000 sf
•Willis Towers Watson, 125,000 sf. The company is planning a full renovation of its space to create a more creative, collaborative office for its employees.

•Emerson, 50,000 sf
•Morgan Stanley, 20,000 sf
•Merrill Lynch, 18,000 sf
•UBS, 18,000 sf
