Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Josh Goldsmith to lead office brokerage in the Kansas City region.
A senior director, as well as office brokerage lead, Goldsmith will be charged with leading Cushman & Wakefield in Kansas City’s office brokerage team in enhancing services and organizing around client requirements.
Goldsmith began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in New York, the largest and most competitive office market in the United States, advising a wide range of companies from tech startups to multi-national firms on developing and executing successful real estate and workplace strategies. During his 10-year career, he’s completed $1.7 billion in transactions.
