Chris Yeakey has joined Cushman & Wakefield as the market leader for its Indianapolis office. This follows the news that Jeffrey Henry, managing principal of the Indianapolis office, is retiring at the end of next year.
Yeakey joins Cushman & Wakefield from Duke Realty, where he was vice president and regional asset manager for Indiana and Ohio.
Henry is a 42-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He has led Cushman & Wakefield’s Indianapolis office for 15 years.
