Cushman & Wakefield promoted Jack Goldsborough from Director to Senior Director. Based in Kansas City, Missouri, Goldsborough specializes in industrial sale and lease transactions throughout the Midwest, representing landlords, occupiers, investors and developers across a broad range of industrial real estate assignments.
Over his 12-year commercial real estate career, Goldsborough has completed more than 300 transactions totaling over $500 million in value. His experience spans markets throughout the Midwest, where he has represented both national and local distribution, manufacturing and logistics companies. Earlier this year, Goldsborough was honored by GlobeSt. as a CRE Aspiring Leader, which recognizes the commercial real estate industry’s most accomplished rising professionals under the age of 40 across the U.S.
In addition to his brokerage accomplishments, Goldsborough is known for mentoring emerging professionals and contributing to the Kansas City community through organizations including Kansas City SmartPort and The Children’s Place. He has helped develop the next generation of real estate talent while building a track record of successful industrial transactions across the region. As Senior Director, Goldsborough will continue advising clients on industrial leasing, sales and development opportunities while supporting the ongoing growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s Midwest industrial platform.
