Garrett Keais has joined the Detroit office of Cushman & Wakefield as senior managing director.
Keais previously worked at Signature Associates, where he was a principal. He joined that firm in 2003 as a sales associate.
Keais has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, including managing real estate portfolios for multi-billion-dollar financial institutions. Some of his clients included Bank of America, Flagstar Bank, Action Benefits and First Merit Bank.
