Cushman & Wakefield recently appointed three members to the Risk Management Services divisions, a division headed by former New York City police commissioner Raymond Kelly.
Phil Pulaski and Michael Farrell, veterans of the New York Police Department, have joined the division as managing directors. David Kelly has joined as a director.
Pulaski served as chief of detectives of the New York Police Department. Before that, he worked as deputy commissioner of operations.
Farrell served the New York Police Department as the deputy commissioner for strategic initiatives. He was responsible for research, policy analysis, program development and evaluation activities.
Kelly comes to Cushman & Wakefield from the New York law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP, where he was director of security.
