Cushman & Wakefield represented ERMCO in its 158,000-square-foot, 10-year lease at Bristol Business Park in Bristol, Wisconsin.

Cushman & Wakefield also represented Riverwoods, Illinois-based developer Janko Group in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Kropke and Keith Puritz represented Dyersburg, Tennessee-based ERMCO, while the firm’s Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner and Marc Samuels represented Janko Group in the long-term lease. ERMCO will relocate from its current north suburban Chicago location to Bristol Business Park Building 4 summer 2024.

Located minutes north of the Illinois-Wisconsin border near Interstate 94, Bristol Business Park is a new-construction, nine-building industrial/distribution development on 250 acres. Building 4 features 32’ clear heights, 30 expandable exterior dock doors, 215 parking spaces and 4,000 amps of power.
