Cushman & Wakefield negotiates 35,139-square-foot office lease in Dallas’ Uptown market

Cushman & Wakefield represented Clarion Partners in leasing 35,139 square feet of Class-A office space to Balfour Beatty at One Victory Park in Dallas’ Uptown market.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Schendle and Carrie Halbrooks represented ownership, while Andrew Cheney of Lee & Associates and Phil Puckett and Harlan Davis of CBRE represented Balfour Beatty.

Located in the Dallas CBD’s Uptown/Turtle Creek area, One Victory Park is a 20-story, 435,606-square-foot office building. The Class A tower features Victory Social, a 10,000-square-foot food hall serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour fare. Additionally, One Victory Park offers 360-degree views of the city’s skyline and most popular destinations, a newly renovated fitness center and conference center as well as full concierge services.

Surrounding Victory Park amenities include more than 205,000 square feet of retail and entertainment options, a W Hotel and 5,600 condominium and multifamily units. With its central location between the Design District, Arts District, Uptown, West End and American Airlines Arena, Victory Park also offers access to an abundance of lush green space including Klyde Warren Park, Margaret Hill Park, Reverchon Park and the Katy Trail.
