Hydra Warehouse of Jeffersonville, LLC signed a lease to take the entire 506,177-square-foot Class-A industrial warehouse at 300 Hilton Drive in the River Ridge Commerce Center in Southern Indiana.
The large bulk distribution center owned by Exeter Hilton Land, LLC was delivered in late 2018 with Hydra planning to occupy the building in March of this year.
Phil Charmoli, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Kentucky, represented Hydra Warehouse of Jeffersonville, LLC in the lease.
Hydra provides third-party trucking and warehousing services for several clients. This new facility is an expansion of Hydra’s operations in the Louisville area.
