Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the acquisition of a 73,320-square-foot industrial property at 1974 Ridgecrest Drive in Columbia, Tennessee. The final sale price was $6.2 million.
Michael Havens of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, F3, in the transaction. The company will relocate its corporate headquarters to the property in January.
“Since the March 2020 tornado decimated our corporate headquarters we have been searching for the right building,” said Curt Christian, chief executive officer of F3. “I am so grateful that Michael found this state-of-the-art facility for us. It would not have happened without his longstanding relationships and tenacity. We look forward to calling it our new home and providing more jobs and manufacturing more of our products here in Tennessee.”
With easy access to Interstates 65 and 840, the property is strategically located for long-term growth. Maury County is one of the fastest growing counties in Tennessee with a number of major projects announced in the last 24 months.
F3 produces furniture for the medical, senior housing, hospitality, and student housing sectors.
