Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq represented Principal Life Insurance Co. in a lease with fashion retailer maurices for 5,000 square feet at the Fischer Marketplace, a community shopping center in Apple Valley, Minn.
The new maurices store opened in late June.
Today, maurices operates 850 stores in 46 states and Canada.
Fischer Marketplace has 233,360 square feet of space and is Apple Valley’s newest community shopping center. Major tenants include Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michael’s and Barnes & Noble.
