Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq secured a 34,000-square-foot lease for a new public charter school, ARCH Academy, at 3216 E. 29th St. in Minneapolis. The educational facility is a part of The Church of St. Albert the Great.
ARCH Academy, which stands for Accountability, Respect, “C4″ (Courage, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication) and High Expectations, is a free public charter school serving grades K-3 in 2013 and 2014, with plans to expand to K-5 by 2015. ARCH areas of focus include basic skills and college readiness.
“The space at The Church of St. Albert the Great was school-ready and in an ideal location in South Minneapolis,” said Angela Mansfield, founding school director of ARCH Academy, in a written statement.
C&W/NorthMarq executive director Paul Donovan and associate director Jaclyn May represented ARCH Academy in the deal.
