Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq represented Robbinsdale Area Schools in the sale of Winnetka Learning Center, a 56,000-square-foot property located on nearly 17 acres of land in New Hope, Minn.
The Economic Development Authority of the City of New Hope was the buyer.
The New Hope City Council has approved plans by Centra Homes to add residential housing to the site following the demolition of the Winnetka Learning Center.
