Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq represented LaSalle Investment Management in the sale of Oakdale Village, a 164,000-square-foot retail complex in Oakdale, Minn.
The buyer was Artis REIT.
The property, which includes Best Buy, Sports Authority, HomeGoods, Guitar Center, David’s Bridal, Fidelity and Buffalo Wild Wings, has been managed by Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq since 2010.
Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq’s Eric Bjelland, executive director of capital markets, and Leah Maurer, senior associate, represented LaSalle Investment Management in the sale.
