Citi-Cargo & Storage, a provider of business storage and transportation solutions, took occupancy this month, using the space for warehousing and distribution.
Realty Associates Fund X was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Dave Paradise, Sydney Johnson and Tom Sullivan in the transaction.
