A year after winning the prestigious award for the first time in the company’s history, another Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq-managed property has been named the best of its kind.

Centennial Lakes Office Park, a five-building, 850,000-square-foot office park in Edina, Minnesota, has been named the winner of The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award by the Building Owners and Managers Association, international chapter.

Centennial Lakes, which Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq has managed since its construction in the late 1990s, took home the TOBY Award for top Suburban Office Park, besting other properties in the same asset class from acrossr the United States.

The Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq team assigned to Centennial Lakes Office Park includes General Manager Ellen Morton, Senior Property Manager Katie Trevena, Chief Engineer Justin Webber and the leasing team of Bob Revoir and Dan Wicker.

Centennial Lakes Office Park was developed by United Properties, and is currently owned by United Properties Investment LLC and State Farm Realty Company.

Another of the Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq’s managed properties, RBC Plaza, was also featured as a finalist in the category for Top Renovated Property.

The awards were announced June 27 at the BOMA International conference in Nashville, Tennessee.

Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq won two International TOBY awards in 2016, a first in the company’s history. TRIA Orthopaedic Center in Bloomington was named top Medical Office Building at that ceremony, while Ford Center in downtown Minneapolis won the award for Best Historic Building.
