Cushman & Wakefield represented investor Montecito Medical Real Estate in securing $15 million in bank financing for the acquisition of 100 and 200 Clint Boulevard in Paducah, Kentucky.

The two-building portfolio consists of 100 Clint Hill Blvd. which totals 18,610 square feet, and 200 Clint Hill Boulevard, which totals 43,346 square feet, on approximately 14 acres near U.S. Highway 62 and Interstate 24. It is fully occupied by Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital LLC, an affiliate of Bon Secours Mercy Health.
