Archer Daniels Midland Company has retained Cushman & Wakefield to market a Fulton Market site that could support up to 473,000-square-feet of mixed-use space.
The property, located at 1300 W. Carroll Ave., is a 2.2-acre site and one of Fulton Market’s largest redevelopment opportunities.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Larry Goldwasser, Michael Tenteris, Gregory Trusso and Kathleen Nelson will represent ADM.
Earlier this year, ADM announced plans to relocate the mill to Mendota, IL, where it is constructing a new facility. ADM plans to sell 1300 West Carroll and leaseback the 138,000-square-foot facility until mid-2020.
