Cushman & Wakefield represented IDEX Corporation in a new long-term lease and move of its global headquarters office to 3100 Sanders Road in Northbrook, Illinois. Colliers International represented ownership in the deal. IDEX is expected to move into their new Northbrook headquarters sometime later this summer.
Located southwest of the Willow Road exit off the Tri-State Tollway (I-294), IDEX’s new Class A, 39,252-square-foot office will occupy the property’s third floor northwest and southwest wings and will offer a modern, newly refurbished and amenitzed space. This is a modest increase from their current 36,500-square-foot office in Lake Forest, Illinois.
IDEX—a leading applied solutions provider serving niche markets worldwide, with 7,000 employees and manufacturing operations in more than 20 countries—was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Lou Hall and Dan Wilkins. The property’s landlord, Allstate Corporation, was represented by Francis Prock and Daryl Silverman of Colliers International.
Among the property’s amenities are a private, centrally located, on-site café, covered parking available for all employees, walking path and workout facility, shared use of a 245-seat auditorium and shared use of a multi-room conference center on the first floor. The property is close in proximity to several restaurants and hotels and approximately a 15-minute drive to O’Hare International Airport.
