Cushman & Wakefield represents manufacturer in 81,000-square-foot industrial lease in Kansas City

With the help of Cushman & Wakefield, Shuttlewagon, Inc. has leased 81,997 square feet of space in Building III at Three Trails Industrial Park at 8701 Elmwood Ave. in Kansas City.

Shuttlewagon’s new lease runs for 15 years.

Shuttlewagon Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of mobile railcar movers for industries including aggregate, mining and refining.

Cushman & Wakefield senior vice president Joe Accurso and associate vice president Rob Holland represented Shuttlewagon, Inc. in the transaction. Mark Fountain and Nick Tinnel of True North Industrial Realty, LLC, represented NPIF2 Three Trails Building III, LLC.

The 494,654-square-foot speculative industrial building in Three Trails Industrial Park is located at Missouri Highway 71 and 87th Street in the South Kansas City industrial submarket. At least 60 Shuttlewagon, Inc. employees are expected to work in the building.
