Cushman & Wakefield helped Linda Aselin of Powell, Ohio, has sold an office property in the Westar Development in Westerville, Ohio, to 575 Westar Crossing, LLC, for $1.4 million.
The 14,993-square-foot Class-B office building was built in 2003.
Vice president Todd Barcus and senior vice president John Boll in Cushman & Wakefield’s Columbus office represented the seller.
