Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Kentucky has arranged the $25.5 million sale of Breckinridge Square, a 294-unit apartment community in Louisville, Kentucky.
Mike Kemether of Cushman & Wakefield Atlanta and Craig Collins of Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Kentucky represented the seller, Stratford Asset Management Co., in the transaction. RealSource Properties acquired the property.
Benefiting from direct access to both Interstate-264 and Interstate-64, Breckinridge Square offers regional connectivity and is situated within six miles of some of the largest employers in Louisville, including GE Appliance Park, UPS and Ford’s Louisville Assembly Plants.
