Cushman & Wakefield represented Landmark Development in its sale of 596 acres of developable, industrial land in the St. Louis market to Kansas City-based NorthPoint Development.

The master-planned industrial park is in Pontoon Beach, Illinois, about 14 miles northeast of St. Louis. It has the capacity for more than 8 million square feet of industrial development and a land set-aside for commercial development.
