Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the sale of 104 Southeast Parkway, a 65,368-square-foot industrial building in Franklin, Tennessee. The final sale price was $7.55 million.
Michael Havens of Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville office, along with Brant Aberg of Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego office, represented the buyer, California Precision Products, Inc. (CPPI), in the transaction.
Reid Mangelsdorf and Tee Patterson of Charles Hawkins Co. represented the seller, 104 Southeast Parkway General Partnership.
CPPI, now FlexMet Inc., plans to relocate from San Diego in the second half of 2021. Graceworks has leased 25,500 square feet of the building through June 2023, CPPI will occupy the remaining 39,868 square feet.
