Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of a 3,764-square-foot office building in Nashville’s Music Row area. The final sale price was $1.8 million, equating to $471 a square foot.
Michael Havens, Ronnie Wenzler and Madison Wenzler of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, Horton Group, a Nashville-based web and market agency. The property was sold by Martin Allbee, Miller, Bryan & Associates, LLC who was represented by John Maxwell of Alpine Ventures.
Located at 1605 17th Ave. South, the office building is a Key West-style property that features three stories. The property offers on-site parking for clients and staff, a second-story balcony facing 17th Avenue South, seven private offices and a third-floor open office plan that promotes a collaborative work setting.
Interstates 65 and 440 as well as downtown Nashville are also easily accessible and Hillsboro Village, which has a variety of dining and enterainment options, is only three blocks away.
Horton Group will relocate to the property from their current office up the street at 1024 17th Ave. South. The web and marketing agency will officially move in March 2022.
