Cushman & Wakefield represented Livonia East Corporate Center and Country Fresh in two separate sales of industrial buildings in Livonia, Michigan, totaling nearly 250,000 square feet.

Senior Director Anthony Avendt represented Country Fresh in its sale of 31770 Enterprise Drive to Caresoft Global LLC. The 148,000-square-foot former dairy, partially renovated in 2004 and zoned for light manufacturing, will be converted to meet the needs of the global technology and solutions company.

Additionally, Avendt and Associate Evan Miller represented Livonia East Corporate Center in the disposition of 12622-645 Inkster Road, a 101,089-square-foot building on 9 acres zoned for general manufacturing.

MobilityTRANS acquired the property to expand assembly and manufacturing operations. The property was extensively renovated in 2019 and 2020 by the seller.
