Cushman & Wakefield added Ralph DePasquale as Managing Director and Liam Waters as Financial Analyst to its Chicago multifamily investment sales team.
DePasquale and Waters come to Cushman & Wakefield from Berkadia. They will join forces with the existing multifamily investment sales team, led by Susan Tjarksen, Jack Maloney and Brad Smith, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities across the Chicago region and greater Midwest.
DePasquale has more than 37 years of commercial real estate experience with an exclusive focus on multifamily investment sales across the Midwest. He holds real estate licenses in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Indiana and Minnesota. His previous experience includes opening and managing the first Midwest office for Hendricks & Partners, which he led until its acquisition by Berkadia. He holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. in Finance from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management.
Waters brings a background in financial analysis, underwriting and market research to his role at Cushman & Wakefield. As an Associate Director at Berkadia, he worked with DePasquale on multifamily investments sales and advisory throughout the Midwest, assisting owners on the capital needs of their assets, including debt and equity restructuring. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University and is a licensed broker in Illinois and Wisconsin.
