Airpark Business Center

Cushman & Wakefield has been selected by The Silverman Group to oversee leasing at Airpark Business Center, a 1.3 million-square-foot business park located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mike Havens, Ronnie Wenzler and Madison Wenzler of Cushman & Wakefield will lead leasing efforts at the 14-building park, which includes office and industrial flex space.

“Flex space is an attractive option for tenants right now because it offers more control over who enters with no shared common lobbies or bathrooms,” Havens said. “We believe it will become a new long-term solution for companies who want to keep cost down and create a unique environment for their employees.”

Airpark Business Center is minutes from Nashville International Airport and Interstate 40 and two miles from Interstate 24. Renovated in 2016, the park offers a new fitness center equipped with locker rooms and showers and a new 60-person conferencing facility available to all park tenants.

Pre-built suites offer immediate occupancy with abundant parking and highly visible building signage available. The industrial availability offers 18’ to 24’ clear height, dock-high doors, rear load, T5 lighting and wet fire sprinklers.

Airpark Business Center is uniquely positioned to offer tenants an opportunity to move into class A commercial office and flex space without having to worry about common areas or shared hallways during these unprecedented times. The responsiveness of ownership and the on-site management by SL Management TN is a benefit to meet necessary move-in dates for prospective tenants in a quickly changing office/industrial flex market.
