Cushman & Wakefield announced today that investor Deutsche Bank selected the firm to lease 300 S. Wacker in downtown Chicago, with Executive Managing Director Mason Taylor and Director Paige Krueger leading the effort.
Deutsche Bank also selected Tishman Speyer to provide property management, asset management and hospitality services including ZO, Tishman Speyer’s global amenity network, which will offer tenants and their employees global access to world-class spaces, services and experiences.
With its new asset services and leasing team, 300 S. Wacker will offer a new spec-suite program with tenant spaces throughout the building that will vary in size and layout.
The landmark 35-story building, known for its 400-foot-tall map of Chicago overlooking the Chicago River, offers more than 535,000 square feet of Class A office space with an unsurpassed location, accessible to major arterial highways and within a five-minute walk of mass transit. On-site amenities include a tenant lounge and “food truck,” a yoga and group fitness studio and fitness center, and conference facilities.
