New Jersey-based development and investment firm The Silverman Group has selected Cushman & Wakefield to market for lease 350 S. Church Street in Addison, Illinois. Cushman & Wakefield’s Britt Casey and Jeff Matella will be the exclusive marketing agents for the property.

The Silverman Group acquired the 87,219-square-foot building earlier this month. A modern, recently updated facility, it features 7,150 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear heights, 13 exterior docks, one drive-in door and 59 car parking spaces. The building is ideal for manufacturing, assembly, food processing and warehousing operations, and is centrally located with easy access to major roadways including I-355, I-290 and I-390.

“We are very pleased with the acquisition of 350 S. Church Street, a nice addition to our existing industrial portfolio in Illinois,” said Blake Silverman, president of The Silverman Group. “We see the Church Street asset as a great opportunity for a single user to gain immediate access to a stand-alone building that features abundant power, ready-made office space and base building improvements in place.”

The Silverman Group currently owns one other industrial property in metro Chicago, the two-building, Class A Liberty Point Corporate Center in Libertyville. Totaling 359,910 square feet, the buildings feature 30- and 26-foot clear heights, over-standard parking, ESFR sprinklers and abundant loading.
