Cushman & Wakefield announced that St. Louis-based Good Developments Group has selected the firm to market the industrial component of Gateway South, a $1.2 billion, 100-acre master-planned redevelopment on the St. Louis riverfront, transforming the area into an advanced building collaboration district.
Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director Tripp Hardin, SIOR, and Director Keith Ziercher, CCIM, will lead the effort to attract occupiers interested in owning, leasing or build-to-suit opportunities at Gateway South, with plans to debut the new development in 2025.
Located on approximately 100 contiguous acres in downtown just south of the Gateway Arch National Park, the most significant landmark in St. Louis, the site is formerly an industrial and trade zone that brought prosperity to the region by leveraging Mississippi River access and the city’s central geography. The site is equipped with unparalleled multimodal logistics, including access to river, road and rail, along with extremely competitive economics due to a wide range of incentive programs.
