Joint-venture owners DRA Advisors and Wildamere Capital Management have selected Cushman & Wakefield to provide agency leasing services for Oracle Centre and International Centre, two interconnected buildings at 900 and 920 Second Ave. in the Minneapolis CBD.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Minneapolis office team of executive directors Tom Tracy and Peter Fitzgerald and senior directors Katie Tufford and Courtney Rosoff, who recently joined the firm, will lead leasing services for the 620,000-square-foot asset that DRA and Wildamere recently acquired. DRA, Wildamere and Cushman & Wakefield are planning to reposition the property through enhanced tenant amenities and public spaces.
Amenities at Oracle Centre and International Centre include three levels of underground parking, a bike room, a fitness center with lockers and showers and conference facilities. The properties also offer dining and retail amenities including Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Caribou Coffee, Green + The Grain, Dave’s Downtown, Valentino Café, Café Pateen and Billy and Marty’s convenience store.
Wildamere will continue to provide management services at the property.
